Job Description The Crypto Product Owner is responsible for the strategic development of the bank's digital assets and crypto products. The position includes the design and implementation of new products, the analysis of market trends, and the proposal of innovative solutions within the banking and investment environment. Key Responsibilities: Define the crypto product strategy based on the bank's investment objectives. Create the product roadmap and define product priorities. Integrate innovative crypto/blockchain solutions into the bank's infrastructure. Communicate with regulatory authorities, when required, to define the legal and regulatory framework for crypto products. Monitor the UX/UI, technical architecture, and integration process of crypto platforms. Monitor crypto market trends, regulations, and competitor activities. Make decisions based on market research to identify new business opportunities. Analyze product adoption, usage levels, user activity, and customer feedback. Prepare regular reports for the Vice President and Directors. Qualifications Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration or Finance. CFA, FRM, or a FinTech/Blockchain certification. In-depth knowledge of crypto assets, blockchain technology, and international financial markets. Experience with regulatory frameworks and risk management. Strong knowledge of financial markets, financial products, and applicable regulations. Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies. Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. Results-oriented mindset. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Professional proficiency in English. Personal Attributes: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and make sound decisions. Innovative mindset.
