Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing CRM systems to support sales, marketing, and customer service activities across Petra Group’s hospitality and real estate portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate customer data, segmenting and analyzing customer profiles, and developing CRM workflows and campaigns to enhance engagement and retention. The specialist will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to track customer interactions, generate performance reports, and recommend improvements to customer experience strategies. The role also involves monitoring CRM-related KPIs, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and providing training and support to internal users on best practices. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, including CRM system administration and optimization. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, create reports, and support data-driven decisions. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly. Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to understand customer lifecycles, support lead management, and enhance conversion and retention. Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, implement, and track CRM initiatives and process improvements. Experience with hospitality or real estate sectors, and familiarity with major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred. Attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work on-site in Tbilisi in a fast-paced, evolving environment are important.
