Job Description : We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will communicate with customers, understand their needs, explain available products or services, and provide excellent customer support. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers by phone, email, or online channels. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information. Explain products, services, and available options. Assist customers with questions and requests. Follow up with customers when required. Maintain accurate customer records. Provide a professional customer experience. Meet company customer service and sales goals. Requirements: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused attitude.
