07 December Big Click is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Zip To Zip Moving team in Tbilisi. Are you a clear communicator who enjoys helping people and finding solutions? Join our team and help make every customer`s moving experience smooth and stress-free. About the Role: You`ll support customers throughout their move, handle claims, resolve concerns, and coordinate with the team to keep jobs running smoothly. We`re looking for someone who stays organized, approaches challenges calmly, and takes ownership of customer issues. Key Responsibilities: ** Review and process customer claims promptly and accurately; ** Address issues that arise during ongoing moves; ** Coordinate and oversee refund requests; ** Resolve disputes professionally and diplomatically; ** Verify daily job schedules and coordinate rescheduling when needed; ** Keep customers informed about long-distance delivery updates; ** Maintain accurate case records, files, and reports; ** Monitor customer feedback and help identify and implement service improvements. What We`re Looking For: ** Previous experience in customer service; ** Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ** Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ** The ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations; ** A responsible, proactive approach and a collaborative mindset. Position Details: ** Employment type: Part-time; ** Pay: $500 per month; ** Schedule: 3 days per week, 6-hour shifts; ** Shifts: Evening / night shifts; ** Location: On-site in Lisi, Tbilisi.
