🔥 **Customer Success Manager | iGaming AI Platform

**We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing AI platform in the iGaming industry.

📍 Remote / Israel
🕐 Full-time

**Responsibilities:**
• Manage client onboarding and ongoing account relationships
• Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients
• Coordinate client requests with Product, R&D, Support, and Sales
• Manage issues end-to-end and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor client satisfaction, engagement, and account health
• Collect client feedback and support process improvements

**Requirements:**
• 3+ years in Customer Success, Onboarding, Technical Support, or Delivery
• B2B SaaS / platform experience preferred
• iGaming or casino industry experience is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and client-management skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical products
• Fluent English is mandatory
