Guide developers and clients through a structured 90-day onboarding journey for Unity, the leading global platform for real-time 3D and interactive content.
Hiring company: **On The Spot Development** — connecting tech professionals in Poland with top-tier international products while providing full support throughout the process.
**What you’ll do:**
✅Own end-to-end customer onboarding, campaign activation, and early optimization via Slack, email, and calls.
✅Analyze performance data, validate AI insights, and drive client monetization & spend metrics.
✅Solve complex client queries independently and collaborate directly with internal product & support teams.
**What we’re looking for:**
⭐**2+ years** in B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
⭐Strong commercial mindset, data-driven analytical skills, and comfort with platforms like Salesforce & Slack.
⭐**English:** Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
⭐Proactive mindset with top-notch multitasking and communication skills.
