## Job description
Customer Support Agent at Maxxed (Tbilisi). Deadline 02 December.
02 December Maxxed is a crypto casino and sportsbook, live since October 2026, with 5, 000+ games, a full sportsbook and fast crypto payments. Our players are global and crypto-native, and support is the first voice they hear. What you`ll do: ** Answer player questions on live chat and email, in English, as part of a 24/7 team ** Help with accounts, games, the sportsbook, bonuses and first-line crypto deposit and withdrawal questions ** Resolve issues and escalate to Payments, Fraud & Risk or technical teams when needed ** Spot and report suspicious activity and responsible gaming concerns ** Keep clear records and hand over cleanly at the end of each shift What we`re looking for: ** 1+ years in customer support, ideally iGaming, crypto, fintech or another 24/7 online service ** Excellent written English (B2+) ** Calm, patient and clear with frustrated players ** Interest in crypto and online gaming (we train the rest) ** Available for fixed shifts, including nights and weekends What we offer: a competitive salary with a night shift premium, full training, and a path to Senior Agent, Team Lead, Payments or Fraud & Risk.
