The position supports transportation operations, logistics coordination, customer communication, scheduling, sales support, and documentation. What You Will Handle Respond to customer or client requests connected with transportation operations, logistics coordination, customer communication, scheduling, sales support, and documentation. Review account, service, or request details and document each interaction with complete notes and next steps. Resolve routine questions within documented procedures and escalate complex or sensitive cases. Follow up on open requests, promised actions, or missing information. Use approved resources while adapting communication to the customer's specific question. Meet service-quality, response-time, and documentation expectations. What You Need Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, solution-focused approach. Comfort learning CRM, ticketing, email, chat, phone, or web-based support workflows. Ability to learn service information quickly and explain it clearly. Strong documentation and follow-up habits. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful but transferable communication experience can qualify for junior roles.
