Key Responsibilities: Providing the best service delivery and support for the user; Processing incoming information through the company's internal and external communication channels and responding in a timely manner; Using effective communication techniques during communication and and focusing on creating a positive experience for the user; Monitoring security notifications and escalating critical issues while following the established process; Involvement in technical details and verification of provided information; Monitoring product updates and other current issues using communication channels and other available resources; Moderating game chats in accordance with the company's standards and policies; Collaboration with cross-functional teams, sharing necessary information, and effectively escalating issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively; Proactive mindset with a focus on finding solutions to challenges; Strong written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English; Passion for the IT industry and staying up-to-date with technological advancements.
