World Chess Shop (shop.worldchess.com) is the official online store for premium chess products, serving customers from around the world. We work with chess enthusiasts, collectors, clubs, and professional players, delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Support Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support via email. Resolve order-related issues, including shipping, returns, replacements, and refunds. Communicate with customers professionally and empathetically. Monitor and manage customer reviews across different platforms. Respond to reviews and represent the company in a professional manner. Engage with chess communities on Reddit, Chess.com, and other relevant platforms. Work closely with the Shop team to improve customer satisfaction and identify recurring issues. Help maintain a positive brand reputation within the global chess community. Requirements Fluent written English (+ Russian basic/fluent) Excellent writing and communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Highly motivated, responsible, and able to work independently. Stress-resistant and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Customer support experience is a plus but not required. Interest in chess is an advantage but not essential. What We Offer Fully remote position.
