Customer Support Representative at Fireclay Corp Location: Remote — Georgia Job Type: Full Time Salary: $50,500 - $59,500 per year Position Summary Fireclay Corp is hiring a Customer Support Representative to help customers or clients resolve questions through clear communication, accurate documentation, and timely follow-up. The position supports software development, technical support, application delivery, systems, testing, and internal technology operations. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer or client requests connected with software development, technical support, application delivery, systems, testing, and internal technology operations. Review account, service, or request details and document each interaction with complete notes and next steps. Resolve routine questions within documented procedures and escalate complex or sensitive cases. Follow up on open requests, promised actions, or missing information. Use approved resources while adapting communication to the customer's specific question. Meet service-quality, response-time, and documentation expectations. What You Bring Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, solution-focused approach. Comfort learning CRM, ticketing, email, chat, phone, or web-based support workflows. Ability to learn service information quickly and explain it clearly. Strong documentation and follow-up habits. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful but transferable communication experience can qualify for junior roles.
