## Job description

Proxied is looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual to be the first point of contact for our new and existing customers. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers. This is a full-time (Shifts: day-night shifts) role in Tbilisi, Vake. Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs Data entry in various platforms Respond to incoming complaints and requests Qualifications At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
