Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Specialist role based in Tbilisi. The Customer Support Specialist (English & Russian Speaking) will provide clear and accurate information about money transfer services and procedures. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, investigating transaction-related questions, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. 📍 Location: 61 Aghmashenebeli Avenue, Mosaic Business Center, Chughureti, Tbilisi 🕒 Working Schedule: 5 working days per week, shift-based: • 09:00 – 16:00 • 16:00 – 23:00 Key Responsibilities: • Communicate with the company's international partners, branches, and customers • Handle incoming calls, identify issues, and provide timely resolutions • Maintain professional communication with partner companies and internal network operators • Ensure high-quality customer service and support Requirements: • Previous experience in a Customer Support role • Good command of English and Russian languages • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment If you are customer-oriented, proactive, and eager to build your career in the financial services industry, we would love to hear from you.
