## Job description

Cyber Security Architect | OMNO Company Description OMNO is a Payment Orchestrator Platform transforming online merchant payments. By unifying multiple Payment Service Providers (PSPs), OMNO gives merchants greater flexibility, control, optimized transaction routing, and scalable payment experiences to drive growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities Technical Security Architecture & Engineering: Architect Zero Trust networks, microsegmentation, and IAM (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, RBAC/ABAC). Embed automated SAST, DAST, SCA, and container security into CI/CD pipelines. Oversee multi-cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) security via SIEM, CSPM, and EDR/XDR. Direct incident response, threat hunting, root-cause analyses, and forensics. Technical Compliance & Governance Architecture: Translate ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, NIST 800-53, GDPR, and PCI-DSS controls into engineering requirements. Drive continuous automated compliance using telemetry and Policy-as-Code (OPA). Lead remediation for penetration tests, red teaming, and audits. Assess risks for cloud microservices and third-party APIs. Strategy & Technical Leadership: Own the enterprise technical risk register and present metrics to C-level leadership. Mentor security engineers and collaborate with DevOps, Systems, and Product teams to align speed with security posture. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 8+ years in technical cybersecurity, with 4+ years leading infrastructure security architecture and automated compliance. Technical Expertise: Proficient in Linux internal security, network protocols, cryptography, container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation). Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM, or AWS/Azure Security Specialist (GIAC: GSEC, GSLC, or GCPM a plus). Compliance Proficiency: Production experience mapping controls to ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF/800-53, and GDPR. Scripting/Coding: Automation skills in Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell.
