## Job description

Iterra Group is a digital systems integrator that helps organizations adapt to the demands of the digital revolution through advanced technology solutions and services. Drawing on the global experience of multinational vendor partners, the company focuses on building long-term, trust-based customer relationships. Iterra Group delivers comprehensive, end-to-end solutions across multiple industries to leading enterprises in Georgia. The organization fosters a culture of innovation and consistently goes beyond expectations to create measurable customer value. This commitment to excellence positions Iterra Group as a distinctive partner for businesses seeking unique digital capabilities and competitive advantage. The Cybersecurity Solutions Lead is responsible for the end-to-end management and development of Iterra Group’s cybersecurity solutions practice. The role oversees the full solution lifecycle - from understanding customer requirements and preparing Solution Architecture, BOMs/Quotes, and technical proposals, through to PoC/Demo delivery, implementation, integration, testing, and final acceptance and handover. The position reports directly to the CTO and coordinates the work of internal specialists and external contractors. The Cybersecurity Solutions Lead also works closely with vendors and distributors and is accountable for the technical quality of the cybersecurity practice, project timelines, risk management, and successful delivery of the final outcome. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Development and Management: Build and continuously develop Iterra Group’s Cybersecurity Solutions portfolio, define technology domains and priorities, evaluate market products and vendors, identify portfolio gaps, and develop standardized Solution Packages, service offerings, and Go-to-Market propositions. Vendor and Distributor Management: Manage technical and commercial communication with vendor and distributor teams. Coordinate product roadmaps, licensing, support models, special quotations, NFR/Demo licenses, training, certifications, and technical escalations. Contractor and Resource Management: Participate in identifying and engaging external specialists and contractors required for projects, define the Scope of Work and required competencies, allocate tasks, monitor execution, and assess the quality of delivered work. Pre-Sales Discovery and Requirements Analysis: Lead customer meetings and technical calls to assess the existing security environment and clarify business objectives, risks, compliance requirements, integrations, budget parameters, and timelines. Translate gathered information into structured technical requirements. Solution Architecture and Design: Design scalable, integrated, and secure-by-design solutions based on customer requirements. Define architectural diagrams, solution components, licensing, data flows, integrations, HA/DR models, and implementation approaches. Sizing, BOM, and Quote Preparation: Calculate accurate configurations, licensing, subscription/support requirements, professional services, and required infrastructure resources. Prepare and validate BOMs, quotations, technical specifications, and the technical components of commercial proposals. Technical Proposals and Tenders: Analyze RFP/RFQ requirements and prepare Compliance Matrices, Solution Descriptions, HLDs, Scopes of Work, Implementation Approaches, assumptions, and exclusions. Coordinate responses to customer technical questions and obtain official vendor confirmations where required. Technical Presentations, PoC, and Demo Leadership: Deliver technical presentations to customers. Define PoC/Demo scenarios, Success Criteria, required environments, and testing plans. Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and vendor resources, document the results, and present outcomes to the customer. End-to-End Technical Project Leadership: Plan and lead the project’s technical workstream from Kick-Off through final acceptance and handover. Allocate resources and tasks, manage dependencies and risks, ensure timelines and quality standards are met, and communicate progress regularly to the CTO and the customer. Implementation, Integration, and Configuration: Perform solution implementation directly or lead internal and external engineers responsible for delivery. Oversee platform start-up, baseline and detailed configuration, policy creation, integration with Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, Network, and Logging sources, and configuration of security controls. Testing and Acceptance: Organize and oversee functional, integration, security, and, where required, performance testing. Validate compliance with PoC/Project Success Criteria and Acceptance Criteria, coordinate remediation of identified issues, and support final project acceptance.
