## Job description

Senior Databricks Engineer - Fully Remote - B2B Contract - 12 Month Contract We're supporting a global technology consultancy looking for a Senior Databricks Engineer to join a large-scale data transformation project. You'll be working as part of an experienced engineering team, helping design and deliver scalable data platforms using modern cloud and AI technologies. Responsibilities Build and optimise Databricks and Apache Spark solutions Develop scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows Write clean, maintainable Python code Improve data platform performance and reliability Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders Support best practices around code quality and documentation Requirements 5+ years' experience in software or data engineering Strong experience with Databricks and Apache Spark Proficiency in Python Experience with Delta Lake, Delta Tables and Parquet Strong understanding of data processing and ETL workflows Experience working with cloud-based data platforms Nice to Have Azure cloud experience Azure Synapse / Fabric FastAPI Docker & Kubernetes Microservices architecture Sound like you Apply with your CV and I will give you a call!
