Delivery Excellence Expert

We are looking for a Delivery Excellence Expert who enjoys working across Product and Engineering, analyzing delivery systems, identifying systemic bottlenecks, and helping teams and stakeholders turn improvement opportunities into sustainable working practices. General Responsibilities Support the improvement of efficiency, quality, predictability, and transparency of the end-to-end delivery process across squads and tribes. Design, implement, standardize, monitor adoption and manage continuous improvement of core delivery practices, including Way of Work, Idea-to-Value, SDLC, and other related delivery processes. Analyze delivery flow, identify systemic barriers such as bottlenecks, dependencies, waste, rework, and handoffs, and ensure planning and follow-up of improvement initiatives. Ensure transparency, visualization, and regular analysis of delivery performance metrics using Jira, Confluence, dashboards, reports, and other relevant tools. Use performance metrics and insights to identify improvement areas, define improvement actions, and monitor progress together with relevant stakeholders. Assess squad maturity and support action plans to progressively strengthen ownership of daily working processes within the right roles. Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and continuous improvement practices to improve delivery maturity, predictability, collaboration, and process discipline. Facilitate workshops and improvement sessions when needed, with a focus on specific improvement outcomes. Collaborate with Product Owners, CPOs, Tribe Leads, Engineering Managers, Engineering Leads, QA, DevOps, Risk, and other stakeholders to improve delivery process quality, DevEx, automation, release readiness, risk-awareness, and engineering flow. Conduct Developer Experience research through surveys, interviews, observations, and metrics; identify friction points and support improvement initiatives. Support the strengthening of quality-related practices, including Acceptance Criteria, Test Scenarios, Definition of Done, shift-left testing, test automation, and release readiness. Ensure transparent communication of achievements, risks, blockers, gaps, and improvement progress with the direct manager, tribe leadership, and other relevant stakeholders. Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making, clear ownership, and continuous improvement. Requirements And Skills Experience in software delivery, delivery management, operational excellence, process improvement, Agile delivery, or a similar technology-driven environment. Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices. Ability to analyze delivery processes, identify systemic bottlenecks, and support practical improvement initiatives. Experience with delivery metrics, dashboards, data analysis, and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making. Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and other delivery / work management tools. Working-level understanding of Quality practices and Developer Experience is an advantage. Strong facilitation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end software delivery workflows and implement process improvements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams. Ability to prioritize multiple improvement initiatives and balance competing stakeholder needs. Ownership mindset, follow-up discipline, curiosity, and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
