Diplomat Georgia is looking for a Delivery Operations Supervisor to join our Logistics team, responsible for coordinating the delivery planning team, monitoring daily operations, ensuring efficient route planning, and maintaining close communication with Sales and Delivery teams to support effective execution of delivery operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the Delivery Planning team, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective teamwork. Ensure optimal route planning and vehicle utilization, while monitoring on-time deliveries and completion of planned customer visits. Analyze daily operations and adjust delivery plans based on seasonality, sales volumes, regional distribution, weekly/monthly volume allocation, and operational constraints. Align required changes with Operations and Commercial teams to maximize efficiency. Prioritize delivery orders based on operational and commercial needs and communicate planned routes and changes to Commercial and Delivery teams. Ensure effective operational performance monitoring and reporting, utilizing TMS and other system tools to track route execution, truck utilization, and delivery performance. Ensure delivery employees have the required working equipment, including POD devices, cash registers and chargers, and follow up on availability and functionality. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, initiate improvement actions, and actively participate in relevant projects and process optimization initiatives. Coordinate the Third-Party Logistics (TPL) projects, including day-to-day operational coordination, communication with TPL customers and work with them on route planning effectiveness. Support the onboarding of new team members, introducing them to their responsibilities, company practices and delivery planning processes. What We Are Looking For Previous experience in operations, highly desirable in logistics. Experience coordinating or supervising a team will be an advantage. Ability to monitor multiple daily operational activities and respond to changes quickly. Strong communication and coordination skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with AI and BI tools will be considered an advantage.
