Position: Design Manager Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the activities of the design team; Ensure multidisciplinary coordination between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines; Develop architectural designs based on visual, functional, and technical analysis; Prepare and oversee the quality of design documentation in accordance with company standards; Coordinate architectural designs with related disciplines ; Monitor project schedules, deadlines, and key milestones; Lead technical communication and coordination with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders; Organize and lead design meetings, facilitate decision-making, and monitor the implementation of agreed actions; Ensure compliance with applicable design regulations and technical standards; Participate in the selection and coordination of project material specifications; Monitor the compliance and quality of project deliverables; Provide professional guidance, mentoring, and support to team members. Qualification: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related technical field. Preferred: PMP or other Project Management certifications. Certifications in related technical disciplines will be considered an advantage. Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in architectural design and leadership positions.
