Design Manager

LSG Solutions provides construction management, design and advisory services in various sectors such as real estate, hospitality, medical, industrial and infrastructure. Position: Design Manager Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the activities of the design team; Ensure multidisciplinary coordination between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines; Develop architectural designs based on visual, functional, and technical analysis; Prepare and oversee the quality of design documentation in accordance with company standards; Coordinate architectural designs with related disciplines ; Monitor project schedules, deadlines, and key milestones; Lead technical communication and coordination with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders; Organize and lead design meetings, facilitate decision-making, and monitor the implementation of agreed actions; Ensure compliance with applicable design regulations and technical standards; Participate in the selection and coordination of project material specifications; Monitor the compliance and quality of project deliverables; Provide professional guidance, mentoring, and support to team members. Qualification: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related technical field. Preferred: PMP or other Project Management certifications. Certifications in related technical disciplines will be considered an advantage. Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in architectural design and leadership positions. Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Revit is mandatory; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software; Personal Competencies: Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams; Attention to detail and structured thinking; Ability to meet strict deadlines and effectively manage priorities; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to manage projects and provide direction to the team; Proactive attitude and motivation to deliver work to a high standard.
