Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Alpharetta, GA. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, social media, email, and display advertising to drive customer acquisition and engagement. The Digital Marketing Manager analyzes web and campaign performance data, develops insights, and adjusts tactics to improve ROI and support business goals. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with creative and content teams, managing agency or vendor relationships, overseeing lead generation programs, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital properties. The role also involves monitoring market trends, testing new digital tools and strategies, and presenting performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns. Experience with Social Media Marketing to build brand presence, engage audiences, and support campaign objectives. Ability to manage Lead Generation initiatives to drive qualified prospects and support sales pipelines. Knowledge of Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and inform marketing decisions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners. Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and A/B testing tools is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in a digital marketing management or comparable role in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
