Role Description The Digital Products & Advertising Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi. This role is responsible for managing Aptos Global’s digital product portfolio and overseeing advertising initiatives across web, social, and other digital channels. Daily activities include planning and executing digital campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to increase brand visibility and product adoption. The person in this role will work closely with product, marketing, and education teams to ensure consistent messaging, accurate product representation, and alignment with business objectives. Additional responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, as well as contributing to the development of digital roadmaps and long-term growth strategies. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret digital performance data, monitor KPIs, and inform optimization decisions. Candidates should possess Product Management experience to oversee digital product lifecycles, align features with market needs, and support go-to-market plans. Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities to manage timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time delivery of campaigns and initiatives. Candidates should possess Digital Strategy expertise to design integrated advertising plans, leverage relevant channels, and drive measurable growth. Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or medical devices, and familiarity with international markets are beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency with digital analytics tools, advertising platforms, and content management systems, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
