Director of Sales - Laboratory Information system
Job description
We are an international healthcare technology company with our own Laboratory Information System (LIS) already used by laboratories and healthcare organizations. As we continue expanding across CIS markets, we are looking for a Regional Sales Director who can combine strategic sales leadership, business development, and regional expansion. This is more than a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who can contribute to commercial strategy, partnership development, and business scaling within the MedTech and laboratory IT space. Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategy Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, including laboratory networks, clinics, healthcare organizations, and decision-makers Lead strategic full-cycle deals and participate in major negotiations Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to clients’ business and operational needs Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms of large contracts Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and expansion opportunities within the region Contribute to go-to-market strategy and market positioning initiatives Collaborate closely with implementation, product, and technical support teams to ensure successful client onboarding and long-term success Participate in strategic decisions related to commercial growth and regional expansion Requirements Experience in strategic B2B sales of IT solutions 3+ years of full-cycle sales management experience Experience working with IT products and/or clinical laboratories Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Strategic mindset and business-oriented thinking Ability to work independently and take ownership of regional development Strong English language skills Experience working across CIS market Nice to Have Experience selling LIS/LIMS or other healthcare IT solutions Existing network within laboratories, private healthcare networks, or healthcare organizations Understanding of laboratory workflows and laboratory operations What We Offer Competitive fixed compensation + performance-based bonus system Additional incentives for major contracts and strategic partnerships B2B cooperation format with an international company (independent contractor / sole proprietorship arrangement) Flexible work format, including remote work Opportunity to influence commercial strategy and regional growth Participation in the development of an international healthcare technology company Opportunity to work with a meaningful product that directly improves the efficiency of laboratories and healthcare organizations
