Carrier company is looking for a Dispatcher Location: Tbilisi, Georgia About the Company: We are a reputable and rapidly growing car carrier company known for our commitment to professionalism, reliability, and excellence in auto transport services. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated dispatcher to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating efficient and timely transportation of vehicles. You will manage driver schedules, communicate effectively with customers and carriers, and ensure smooth operational processes. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate routes, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. Coordinate closely with customers, drivers, and brokers to facilitate efficient operations. Monitor routes, track vehicles, and manage schedules proactively to address any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records and documentation using dispatching software. Provide outstanding customer service and promptly address customer inquiries. Requirements: Previous dispatch experience preferable. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with efficiency and accuracy. Proficiency in dispatch software and basic computer applications. Knowledge of DOT regulations and logistics practices is preferred.
