Job description
ITC is a small international remote team looking for a reliable Chat Manager to handle customer support and team coordination via chat channels. Key Responsibilities: Manage live chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram/FB DMs and other messaging platforms Train and supervise chat agents, set response standards and quality control Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally Monitor key metrics: response time, CSAT, resolution rate, AHT Improve chat scripts, templates, and introduce automation where possible Requirements: Fluent written and spoken Russian Experience in chat support, customer service, or team lead role (any level welcome) Fast typing, patience, and strong communication skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment What we offer: Salary: GEL 1,200–1,800 per month (equivalent to USD 450–600) + performance bonuses 100% remote work Full-time position with flexible schedule Supportive international team and opportunities for growth How to apply: Please send your CV to the following email address: [email protected] Why you are interested in this role Your experience in chat/customer support (even minimal) We review applications quickly and will contact suitable candidates.
