Responsibilities: ** Review technicians` completed jobs every day (same-day check); ** Check estimates, invoices, and job photos for accuracy and completeness; ** Call customers after the technician`s diagnosis, explain the repair, and close the sale; ** Follow up on open estimates and customers who haven`t decided yet; ** Keep every job moving in the CRM: statuses, notes, payments, next steps; ** Handle customer questions, complaints, and warranty calls; ** Coordinate with technicians in the field when issues come up on a job; ** Spot mistakes or missed sales opportunities and give feedback to technicians; ** Report daily results to management.
