Documentation Base Manager

Talk with Us is a fast-growing international outsourcing contact center with 2000+ professionals worldwide. We support high-volume sales and customer support operations across global iGaming projects. We are looking for a Documentation Base Manager to design, maintain, and scale a structured and efficient knowledge ecosystem in Confluence. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain structured knowledge base architecture in Confluence Develop and standardize documentation templates, navigation logic, and content structure Own documentation lifecycle: creation, updates, review, and deprecation processes Collaborate with operations teams to translate workflows into clear knowledge assets Define requirements for improvements, automation, and content optimization Monitor knowledge base quality, usability, and operational relevance Support training and certification materials for internal teams 🎯 Who We Are Looking For: Experience in Knowledge Management, Technical Writing, Documentation, or similar roles Strong understanding of how to structure and maintain large-scale documentation systems Excellent h ands-on experience with Confluence (spaces, macros, templates, permissions) Ability to design clear processes and manage content lifecycle end-to-end Understanding of automation or workflow optimization in documentation systems Strong communication skills and ability to work with operational teams English B2+ plus Ukrainian or Russian fluency Experience in contact center / operations environments is a plus Experience building or restructuring knowledge bases from scratch is a plus 🕒 Schedule: 5/2, 09:00–18:00 Kyiv time (flexible start available) 🎁 Benefits: Competitive salary (based on expectations) 24 paid vacation days + 10 sick days Corporate training programs Partial English learning compensation Dedicated People Partner support Corporate events and recognition programs If you are interested or know someone who could be, please apply or share your CV to [email protected] Thank you!
