We are currently looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Assistant Documentation to join our team in Poti. Position: Assistant Documentation Location: Poti Job Type: Full time Assistant Documentation’s main purpose is to receive, prepare and send import documentation from/to correspond parties within and outside the company to ensure continuous flow of work. You Must be able to: Receive and verify vessel-related information and distribute it to the relevant internal stakeholders. Prepare discharge orders for customers, ports, customs, and terminal authorities. Prepare loading orders for each vessel. Send daily booking reports to ports, planners, and MSC Headquarters. Receive and process pre-loading files from planners. Work with the agency operating system (IBOX). Prepare cargo-related documentation and distribute it to the relevant parties. Communicate with terminals regarding customer requests. Upload vessel e-files to port authorities and customs. Prepare and submit operational documents and reports to MSC Headquarters. Prepare and send container-related documentation to off-dock terminals. Translate pre-loading files when required. We want you to be or have: (Skills Required) Knowledge of the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry. Strong data entry and administrative skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and multitasking abilities. Good self-management and time management skills. A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and in critical situations. Fluency in Georgian and English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage. Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
