As the Resource Development Donor Data Quality Manager at Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI), you will use data to fuel opportunity, strengthen donor relationships, and help families around the world access safe, affordable housing. Your Impact You will play a critical role in strengthening the quality and integrity of donor data across a global CRM system. Your work will directly influence fundraising effectiveness, decision making, and the ability for teams worldwide to operate with clarity and confidence. Role Purpose You Will Help Drive Fundraising Success By Ensuring Donor Data Is Accurate, Reliable, And Actionable. Partnering With The Director And Cross Functional Teams, You Will: Lead hands‑on data cleanup and verification Improve data processes and standards Serve as an “air traffic controller” for donor data, coordinating work across teams so issues are triaged, assigned, and resolved without duplication or conflict This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep, focused data work and understands how meticulous accuracy supports donor care and organizational impact. Location and Travel You can choose the work style that fits you best. This role is open to candidates across the United States and offers both remote and hybrid options. Hybrid team members have the opportunity to collaborate in person at our offices in Americus, GA; Atlanta, GA; or Washington, DC. This role requires minimal travel (up to 5%), primarily for occasional internal meetings in Americus, GA. Key Responsibilities Monitor and improve data quality by building and maintaining complex CRM queries and data lists Lead deduplication efforts by identifying, verifying, and merging duplicate donor records Triage and coordinate data issues across teams using Jira and internal workflows Strengthen data integrity by identifying root causes, improving processes, and flagging systemic issues Support end users by reinforcing best practices and consistent CRM usage Collaborate across teams to resolve system sync exceptions and improve data flow Must Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 4 or more years of experience in fundraising data and database management in a nonprofit, university, or similar environment Strong experience navigating CRM systems and building queries for reporting and analysis Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with structured data High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and consistency Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and implement practical solutions Nice to Have Experience with Blackbaud CRM or similar fundraising platforms Background in coding, business analysis, or systems improvement Knowledge of fundraising operations such as donor relations and development processes Exposure to global nonprofit environments Culture and Values At Habitat for Humanity International, you join a community that believes in: Humility: We are part of something bigger than ourselves Courage: We do what is right, even when it is difficult Accountability: We take personal responsibility for Habitat’s mission Safeguarding: We protect the rights, dignity, and safety of all people we serve and work alongside Ready to Make an Impact? Hiring Range: The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including location, internal equity and the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience. HFHI offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package that varies by country and typically includes vacation leave, sick leave, personal days, health insurance options, retirement plan contributions and life insurance.
