We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Merchandiser to support the management and optimization of product content across Amazon EU marketplaces. Role Overview Own the end-to-end operational health of the Amazon product catalog across EU marketplaces. This role is execution-heavy and requires strong attention to detail, ensuring products are compliant, accurate, and optimized for performance between platforms. Training on our internal tools, customer workflows, and Amazon-related processes will be provided. However, you should already be comfortable working with structured data, content management systems, catalogs, or similar operational processes. Please note: this is not a marketing, sales, or creative content role. Key Responsibilities: ** Manage product related documents upload process in Amazon Vendor Central ensuring all documentation is correctly uploaded and approved. Follow-up with Amazon Support if not accepted. ** Create, track, and follow up on Amazon support cases to ensure timely resolution of created blockers. ** Verifying that after implementation all updates on the products in Amazon Vendor Central are displayed in both backend and frontend platform. ** Updating products` attributes (titles, bullets, images) from the source of truth to Amazon Vendor Central. ** Ensure data consistency between Source PIM systems and Vendor Central. ** Follow established workflows and contribute to process improvements within the team. ** Proactive communication and reporting to client and project manager to introduce communication and task tracking tools. Required Qualifications: ** 1+ year of experience in content management, catalog management, e-commerce operations, data administration, product information management, or a similar role. ** Good working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and content/data management tools. ** Experience working with large amounts of structured information and maintaining high levels of accuracy. ** Experience working with product content, catalogs, or other data-intensive operational processes is highly preferred. ** Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ** Ability to follow processes consistently while managing multiple tasks. ** B2+ English proficiency for written and verbal communication Nice to Have: ** Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central. ** Experience working with product compliance, product data syndication, or retailer platforms.
