07 September Cartego is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Educational Partnerships Manager (ELT) . Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Work format: Hybrid About Cartego Cartego is the official representative of Cambridge educational materials in Georgia and works with some of the world`s leading educational publishers. We provide schools, language centres, universities, and teachers with internationally recognised English language learning resources, digital platforms, and professional support. Our goal is to grow a strong community of schools, educators, and language centres using world-class English language learning resources, while supporting teachers with innovative educational solutions and long-term partnerships. About the Role We are looking for an experienced education professional to lead the growth of our partnerships with schools, language centres, universities, and other educational institutions across Georgia. This role is focused on developing new institutional partnerships while also building long-term relationships with our existing clients. You`ll identify new opportunities, introduce our educational solutions to schools and language centres that are not yet working with us, and help expand the presence of Cambridge and other international educational publishers in the Georgian market. This position is ideal for someone who has worked in English language education, educational publishing, teacher training, academic management, or a similar field, and who enjoys connecting with educators, understanding their needs, and developing lasting partnerships. While the role includes business development responsibilities, it is first and foremost an education-focused position. A solid understanding of English language teaching and the educational environment is essential. Please note: We are specifically looking for candidates with previous experience in education, English Language Teaching (ELT), educational publishing, or academic institutions. What You`ll Do ** Identify and develop new partnerships with schools, language centres, universities, and other educational organisations across Georgia. ** Build and maintain long-term relationships with both prospective and existing institutional clients. ** Meet with school leaders, academic directors, and teachers to understand their educational needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions. ** Present internationally recognised educational materials and digital platforms through meetings, workshops, product demonstrations, and consultations. ** Develop new opportunities for introducing Cambridge and other international educational resources into Georgian educational institutions. ** Prepare commercial proposals, pricing offers, and partnership agreements. ** Guide institutional clients throughout the entire partnership process—from first contact and needs assessment to implementation and ongoing support. ** Coordinate operational processes related to customer orders, contracts, invoicing, payment follow-up, and logistics. ** Maintain accurate client records and manage opportunities using the company`s CRM. ** Represent Cartego at educational conferences, teacher events, workshops, exhibitions, and professional development activities. ** Work closely with international publishing partners to introduce new educational products and solutions to the Georgian market. Who We`re Looking For We are looking for someone who understands education and enjoys building meaningful relationships within the educational community. Essential Experience ** Previous professional experience in one or more of the following: - English Language Teaching (ELT) - Educational publishing - International education - Schools, universities, or language centres - Academic management - Educational consultancy - Teacher training - Educational project management ** Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. ** Confidence communicating with teachers, academic coordinators, school leaders, and institutional decision-makers. ** Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ** A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. ** Willingness to travel within Georgia when required.
