Our team is small, sharp, and obsessed with turning one-time buyers into loyal customers and we're building the next generation of retention experts from the ground up. This is your way in. This is a full-time entry-level role into email retention - steep learning curve, real ownership from day one, and a clear runway into owning your own client strategy as a more senior Retention Manager down the line. We're a remote-first company , so you're free to work whenever suits you best, just make sure you're online from 12–5pm CE(S)T so we can stay in sync with the team and clients.
