Your profile: Experience as a CRM Manager or Email Marketing Manager for 3+ years (B2C sector experience is a plus); Strong knowledge of marketing effectiveness metrics across the customer journey; Proficiency with customer engagement platforms; Understanding of user segmentation and logical operators; Strong knowledge of HTML and APIs; Goal-oriented and customer-centric mindset; Keeping up with internet marketing trends; AI expertise is a strong plus; Upper-intermediate level of English. Your day-to-day contribution: Build and run multi-channel communication campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) to enhance customer engagement and retention; Continuously run tests and experiments (copy, design, segments, channels); Support deliverability and maintain sender reputation; Customer segmentation: assist in segmenting customer databases to deliver personalised and targeted marketing communications; Reporting: prepare regular reports on campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) and suggest areas for improvement; Collaboration: work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective CRM initiatives.
