## Job description

Role: Pharmacist responsible for evidence-based medication use, ensuring patients receive the right medications at the correct doses. They oversee pharmacy technicians, verify medication orders for accuracy, and provide clinical pharmaceutical care. Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered medication therapy and resolve medication-related issues. Participate in interdisciplinary care teams and communicate follow-ups effectively. Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and clinical guideline development. Ensure safe, efficient medication distribution, collaborating with pharmacy staff. Support education and professional development, precept students and residents. Engage in ongoing self-development through training, seminars, and professional memberships. Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor or Doctorate in Pharmacy. Current pharmacist license (RPH). Minimum two years of pharmacy experience preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
