Participate in quality improvement, medication safety initiatives, and develop clinical guidelines. Ensure safe and efficient medication distribution, collaborate with pharmacy staff, and oversee pharmacy technicians. Support professional development by precepting students and residents, and participate in departmental programs and educational activities. Contribute to hospital committees, conduct unit inspections, and promote medication safety and quality. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of a Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy; RPH license is mandatory. At least 2 years of pharmacy experience preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with a dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
