Ensure safe and efficient medication distribution, oversee pharmacy technicians, and contribute to process improvements. Support professional development through precepting, educational activities, and continuing education. Engage in self-development, attend seminars, and participate in professional organizations. Comply with organizational policies and standards of conduct. Qualifications And Skills Minimum of a Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy; licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPH) required.
