We are seeking a motivated and development-driven Engagement Manager to join our team in the Business Planning and Strategic Development Division. Job Details: Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 Workplace: 23a Chavchavadze Street, Tbilisi Probationary Period: 6 months Engagement Manager Job Description: Role Summary: Engagement Managers lead projects from inception to completion, managing client relationships, methodologies, team workflows, and final outputs. They act as both project managers and lead contributors, while also supporting SavvY`s strategic direction and business development. Key Responsibilities: ** Oversee full lifecycle of consulting projects, including scoping, execution, delivery, and client follow-up. ** Design research methodologies and provide strategic direction on data sourcing and interpretation. ** Review and approve all deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality, and strategic alignment. ** Lead preparation of feasibility studies, investment teasers, market reports, and ecosystem diagnostics. ** Conduct high-level interviews with stakeholders, government officials, and private sector partners. ** Manage internal teams, delegate tasks, and ensure optimal resource allocation across project phases. ** Contribute to proposal development for international clients, including drafting of methodologies and "About SavvY" sections. ** Provide thought leadership and content for articles, TV appearances, and other media as part of SavvY`s business development. ** Identify market trends, new opportunities, and potential client leads, and relay insights to the Executive Director. ** Support the Executive Director in preparing strategic offers, investor materials, and presentations. ** Serve as a primary point of contact for high-stakes projects, maintaining professional communication with clients and partners.
