Our academy provides a wide range of courses, including General and Business English, conversation-focused classes, and preparation for international exams such as IELTS, FCE/CAE, and TOEFL. English Language Academy - Levels is currently seeking qualified Georgian and native speaker teachers of English as a second language . The candidates should be confident in teaching both adults and young learners across all proficiency levels, from Beginner to Advanced. We offer two flexible payment models to suit your preferences: a Fixed Monthly Salary for consistent income or a Flexible Hourly Rate for those seeking a more adaptable schedule. Option 1: Fixed Salary Employment This model provides a stable, guaranteed income from September through May, with a transition to performance-based pay during the summer months. Schedule: 8-hour workday (includes 6.5 hours of teaching) Summer Period: Performance-based payment applies during June, July, and August. Monthly Net Salary Tiers: ** 2 days/week (8 days/month): 1, 000-1, 200 GEL ** 3 days/week (12 days/month): 1, 500-1, 800 GEL ** 5 days/week (20 days/month): 2, 500-3, 000 GEL Option 2: Flexible Hourly Schedule For those who prefer a non-traditional schedule or variable hours, we offer an hourly compensation model. ** Rate: 20-35 GEL per hour (Net (take-home pay).
