The position is suitable for both experienced traders and motivated applicants new to trading who want to develop day trading into their full-time profession. Traders operate independently and are responsible for their own trading decisions, risk management and performance, while working alongside other professional traders in a collaborative office environment. Responsibilities Develop and follow a disciplined approach to intraday trading. Research and analyze market opportunities. Make independent, discretionary trading and risk-management decisions. Uphold professional standards and discipline within the trading office. Collaborative approach to develop and refine ideas, observations and approaches with other traders for mutual benefit. Commit to ongoing self-improvement. Candidate Requirements We are looking for applicants with: A mathematical and data-driven mindset. Strong self-control and discipline. Independence and initiative. Curiosity and willingness to learn. Working knowledge of English. A serious interest in developing trading as a full-time profession. Previous professional trading experience is an advantage but is not required. Some of our most successful traders joined us with limited experience and a strong work ethic. Professional Trading Opportunities Applicants may independently qualify with third-party proprietary trading firms for trading capital of up to USD 1,000,000. Qualified traders may also be eligible for profit-sharing arrangements directly through third-party proprietary trading firms. Method Trade provides the professional infrastructure and technology used in our trading office. Any proprietary trading arrangements are between the trader and the relevant third-party proprietary trading firm and are separate from Method Trade.
