For more details, please visit our website https://aptos.global/ Aptos is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s daily and weekly schedule, calendar, and appointments; Organize and coordinate meetings, business visits, conference calls, and virtual meetings; Prepare official correspondence and business communications; Conduct research, gather information, and prepare analytical materials as requested by the Managing Director; Translate official documents between Georgian and English; Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation required by the Managing Director; Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international business travel, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa arrangements, and meeting schedules; Facilitate effective communication and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders; Provide administrative and office management support when required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher; A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Board Assistant, or Assistant to Senior Management; Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Proven experience in business correspondence and professional communication. Personal Skills: Strong sense of responsibility and accountability; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Strong attention to detail; Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities; High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Job Type / Working Hours: Full-time, office-based position; Working days: Monday to Friday; Working hours: 09:30 – 18:00.
