Role Description The Experienced Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tbilisi. The consultant will advise clients across areas such as tax compliance, transfer pricing, accounting, technology solutions, payroll, HR, and legal-related business processes, depending on experience and specialization. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, analyzing data and documentation, preparing reports and recommendations, and ensuring alignment with local and international regulations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders, contributing to project planning and implementation, and supporting the development of best practices and service improvements. The consultant will also help strengthen the firm’s presence in the Georgian market by participating in client meetings, presentations, and business development activities. Qualifications Strong advisory skills in one or more domains such as tax compliance, transfer pricing, accounting, technology solutions, payroll, HR, or legal-related business support. Proficiency in analytical work, including data review, documentation analysis, report preparation, and development of client recommendations. Solid understanding of local Georgian regulations and familiarity with international standards in relevant practice areas. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse stakeholders. Proven experience in consulting, professional services, or a related corporate role; prior regional experience in the Caucasus or CIS markets is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Ability to work on-site in Tbilisi, manage multiple projects, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
