## Job description

Facilities Manager & Store Development Ronny’s is hiring a Facilities Manager & Store Development lead to keep our locations running strong and lead our expansion into new stores. What you'll own: Facility & equipment upkeep across all sites, with a Support Manager handling daily response Safety compliance and vendor management New store build-outs and relocations, start to finish — budget, contractors, permits, launch Fleet, distribution, and warehousing Capital planning and team leadership What we're looking for: 4+ years in facilities, maintenance, or project management Food and Beverage or Hospitality industry experience required Strong people and vendor management skills Fluent in Georgian and English Engineering or technical background a plus Salary: Competitive, based on experience (7,000+ GEL net/month) + performance bonuses and benefits.
