## Job description

POSTRED is looking for a proactive, highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our Film & TV division. This is not a purely administrative coordination role. We are looking for someone who can independently manage several projects and multiple creative teams simultaneously, maintain clear oversight of deadlines and resources, anticipate risks, communicate confidently with clients, and take ownership of projects from initial planning through final delivery. You will work closely with the Head of Film & TV, department leads, internal creative and technical teams, and international clients. Your responsibility will be to keep projects organized, properly resourced, on schedule and aligned with POSTRED’s quality standards. The successful candidate will also be comfortable using modern AI tools and actively exploring how technology can simplify repetitive work, improve communication and create more efficient project-management workflows. scope, objectives, priorities and key milestones in collaboration with the Head of Film & TV Manage several active projects simultaneously, each with different teams, requirements, budgets and deadlines Determine project priorities and tiers based on scope, budget, duration, client commitments and available resources Develop realistic project timelines and resource plans Assemble project teams based on recommendations from the relevant department leads Coordinate workflows across multiple internal creative and technical teams Identify scheduling conflicts, resource limitations, dependencies and risks before they affect delivery Organize necessary meetings and ensure that decisions, responsibilities and next steps are clearly documented Provide regular, concise project updates to the Head of Film & TV and other relevant stakeholders Escalate significant risks, delays or client concerns promptly, together with possible solutions 📊 WORKFLOW, SYSTEMS AND PROCESS MANAGEMENT Proactively maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date project information in Monday.com (opens in new tab) Independently create and manage boards, timelines, dashboards, views, dependencies, task ownership and useful automations Ensure that project statuses, deadlines, blockers, priorities and next actions are always visible and reliable Coordinate project materials and ensure that teams have access to the correct and most recent assets Monitor team workloads and identify potential overbooking, bottlenecks or missing resources Track internal workflows, investigate recurring operational issues and recommend practical improvements Research, document and introduce improved project-management structures and Standard Operating Procedures Ensure that agreed processes are consistently followed across projects and teams 🤖 AI TOOLS AND WORKFLOW IMPROVEMENT Use approved AI tools to improve project planning, documentation, reporting, meeting summaries, communication and other recurring workflows Actively research new AI tools and evaluate how they could make internal processes faster, clearer and more efficient Create practical AI-assisted workflows and templates that reduce repetitive manual work Verify the accuracy of AI-generated information before using or sharing it Use AI tools responsibly and protect confidential client, project and company information Share relevant discoveries and workflow recommendations with the Head of Film & TV and the wider team 📦 DELIVERY AND CLIENT COMMUNICATION Prepare clear, professional emails and maintain effective communication with clients and project stakeholders Set and manage expectations regarding timelines, materials, feedback and delivery requirements Coordinate with the Head of Film & TV to ensure that deliverables meet POSTRED’s quality standards and client expectations Communicate client feedback clearly, accurately and promptly to the relevant internal teams Track revisions and confirm that client notes have been addressed before final delivery Analyze service-related issues raised by clients and report findings and recommended actions to the Head of Film & TV Maintain professional communication when deadlines, materials or client requests create risks for the project 🎞️ PROJECT CLOSEOUT Confirm that all required deliverables have been completed, reviewed and delivered Oversee the correct organization and archiving of project materials Update IMDb credit lists following the completion of relevant projects Document unresolved issues, lessons learned and recommended workflow improvements Ensure that project information in Monday.com (opens in new tab) is complete and properly closed REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS At least two years of hands-on experience in project management, production management, operations, delivery management or a comparable role Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, deadlines and teams simultaneously Strong practical management skills, including prioritization, delegation, resource planning, risk identification, follow-up and accountability Professional experience using project-management platforms such as Monday.com (opens in new tab) , Asana, Jira, Notion, Trello or similar systems Ability to independently create and maintain structured project boards, task ownership, timelines, dependencies, views and automations Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI or comparable platforms Curiosity and initiative to research new tools and turn them into practical, efficient workflows Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving and decision-making skills Professional working proficiency in both English and Georgian High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate project information Confidence communicating with clients, department leads and cross-functional creative and technical teams Ability to work independently, make informed decisions and take responsibility for projects through completion Ability to identify problems early, communicate them clearly and propose realistic solutions A proactive, reliable, collaborative and solutions-oriented
