Finance ERP Consultant / Odoo Consultant

VentorTech is looking for a Finance ERP Consultant / Odoo Consultant (Finance).

This role is a good fit for Finance or Accounting professionals who are interested in growing towards ERP consulting: understanding clients’ financial processes, helping automate them, and supporting ERP implementation projects.

Needed:
— 1.5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Controlling;
— strong knowledge of Polish accounting and taxes;
— confident Polish for working with Polish localization and client communication;
— Polish and English at B2+ level;
— experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, Comarch, enova365, Symfonia, IFS, or similar;
— interest in automation, systems, and business process improvement.

Previous Odoo experience is not required. What matters most is a strong finance background and a genuine interest in moving from operational finance into ERP consulting.
