About WhiteBIT Georgia WhiteBIT Georgia is a cryptocurrency exchange founded in 2022, providing secure digital asset services to individuals and institutions. As part of the WhiteBIT ecosystem, the company benefits from international expertise, technology, and infrastructure. About the Role We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Tbilisi. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cash flow and liquidity management, financial reporting, and supporting financial decision-making in a fast-paced crypto environment. Requirements 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, including 3+ years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of accounting and IFRS. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, liquidity, and treasury management. Knowledge of financial, tax, and regulatory requirements and internal financial controls. Strong financial analysis and KPI management skills. Understanding of cryptocurrency markets and digital assets. Experience with crypto exchanges, payment providers, or FinTech is a strong advantage. Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/financial reporting systems is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional working proficiency in English; Georgian is an advantage. ACCA, CFA, or CPA is a plus.
