Be the first Be Kind Be Passionate Be Part of our Family Your Role as a Finance Manager This is a full-time position. The Finance Manager has the task of running the day-to-day finance operations of the company. This is a very hands-on, operational role; at the same time, he/she is the owner of all finance tools and processes, deciding how finance works at Boygar's and making it work better. He/she leads the accounting team and reports to the COO and the Global CFO, working closely with the Board of Directors. Your Responsibilities Include: Run daily finance operations: review transactions, invoices, and financial documents for accuracy and completeness Lead, guide, and set priorities for the accounting team Own finance tools and systems (1C, Excel models, reporting templates) and keep them accurate and up to date Design, document, and continuously improve finance processes, policies, and controls Simplify and automate recurring work: month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Prepare regular and one-time financial reports for management and the Board Develop annual budgets and forecasts together with the Board and the Global CFO Monitor budget performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions Analyze financial performance and propose ways to improve profitability and cost efficiency Ensure compliance with Georgian financial and tax regulations and internal guidelines Coordinate with the COO to align financial objectives with operational goals Be the main contact for auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities Your Expertise: Education University degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant fields; MBA, CFA, or ACCA is a plus Professional experience Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role Experience leading an accounting team Hands-on experience building or improving finance processes and tools Competencies Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements Financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Confident in using the accounting system (1C) and advanced Excel Personal skills Hands-on, operational mindset Analytical abilities and keen attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills High confidentiality Ability to work under tight deadlines Team leader and team player Be part of our mission.
