Job description

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Finance Head / Finance Manager to lead the finance function of our growing real estate development business in Georgia. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in real estate development finance, international taxation, corporate finance, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. This role requires a finance professional who can partner with senior leadership to drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize tax structures, and support the company's expansion and investment activities. Candidates without relevant real estate development experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations for the business. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management. Develop budgets, forecasts, financial models, and cash flow projections. Monitor project profitability and financial performance across multiple real estate developments. Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, IFRS, statutory regulations, and corporate governance requirements. Lead the company's international and corporate tax planning, ensuring tax efficiency and full regulatory compliance. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, financial institutions, and government authorities. Oversee treasury operations, liquidity planning, and working capital management. Review project feasibility studies, investment analysis, and financial due diligence for acquisitions and new developments. Establish and improve financial controls, reporting systems, and internal processes. Support fundraising activities, banking relationships, and financing negotiations where required. Mentor and develop the finance team while driving operational excellence. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred. Minimum 8-12 years of progressive finance experience. Mandatory experience within a Real Estate Development company. Mandatory experience in International Tax and Corporate Tax management. Experience working in multinational organizations. Previous experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate developments. Exposure to cross-border investments, holding structures, and international financial reporting. Experience in financing, investor relations, or capital raising is considered a strong advantage Strong understanding of project accounting, development financing, budgeting, and financial modelling. Proven experience preparing consolidated financial statements under IFRS. Experience managing audits, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting. Strong treasury, cash flow management, and banking relationship experience is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Benefits Competitive salary package.
