Financial Analyst at Galleria Tbilisi (Tbilisi). Deadline 27 September.
27 September We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team and support the financial operations of Galleria Tbilisi and Ria-Ria. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and consolidating financial data, preparing management reports, monitoring financial transactions and documentation, and supporting the Financial Director and management with accurate and timely financial information. Key Responsibilities: ** Collect, consolidate, verify, and analyze financial data for Galleria Tbilisi and Ria-Ria. ** Prepare regular monthly, annual, management, and ad-hoc financial reports. ** Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, statistics, and supporting documentation. ** Reconcile cash registers, receipts, invoices, payments, and other financial data; investigate discrepancies. ** Prepare and monitor payment and bank-transfer documentation, including urgent payments when required. ** Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding invoices, balances, financial obligations, and supporting documents. ** Monitor inventory records, write-offs, reconciliations, and fixed assets, including additions and transfers. ** Support annual reporting, audits, and management decision-making by providing reliable financial information. Requirements: ** Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. ** Previous experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar finance-related role. ** Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial systems. ** Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large volumes of data. ** Excellent analytical, numerical, organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
