Position Overview Teliani Valley Group is seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join its Finance Department. The successful candidate will support the Head of Finance in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance within one of Georgia's leading FMCG companies. Key Responsibilities Participate in the monthly financial closing process. Assist in the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the annual budget. Support the preparation of monthly financial forecasts under different business scenarios. Analyze sales contracts and maintain value chain calculations. Provide financial analysis and business partnering support to various departments. Prepare monthly management presentations and financial reports for internal stakeholders. Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis. Monitor and analyze financial performance by accounts and cost centers. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including COGS, operating expenses, cash flow, profitability, and other management reports. Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc financial analyses as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in finance, financial analysis, FP&A, audit, or accounting. Good knowledge of IFRS . Good command of English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint . Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Experience working with ERP systems is considered an advantage. ACCA qualification (or completion of papers related to Financial Reporting, Performance Management, or Financial Management) will be considered an advantage.
