14 October Plex is a licensed Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) in Georgia, operating under the supervision of the National Bank of Georgia. With branches in Tbilisi and Batumi, Plex provides secure, transparent, and compliant crypto-to-fiat exchange services for both individuals and businesses. Role Overview: We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will report to the Financial Manager and manage financial systems operations, dashboards, and reporting. The ideal candidate brings a hybrid blend of corporate finance, business intelligence (BI), and technical operations to partner closely with executive leadership. An ideal candidate will have: ** Financial Modeling & P&L: Proficiency in building financial forecasts, tracking P&L structures, unit economics, and cash flow analysis ** Budgeting & Cost Optimization: Ability to audit operational expenses, variance analysis, and monthly vendor bill optimizations ** Reporting: Experience preparing structured monthly, quarterly, and management accounts under tight deadlines ** System Administration & Data Operations: Hands-on operational experience managing data workflows within information systems, ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo), or financial database management ** Data Transformation & ETL: Ability to extract, transform, and load raw transactional data from operational systems into clean reporting tables ** BI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on expertise building, maintaining, and updating live dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker ** Advanced Data Processing: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VBA, Power Query, complex formulas) and intermediate SQL for database querying What We Offer: ** Competitive salary package designed to match your expertise ** Growth and direct impact on the company`s expansion, backed by executive exposure and full ownership over strategic systems ** Full flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setup tailored to your productivity Interested?
