06 December Shota Rustaveli Tbilisi International Airport, Tbilisi, Georgia is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Financial Controller - Capital Investments & Reporting . Department: Finance Department Contract Type: Full-time About the Position We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Controller - Capital Investments & Reporting to join our Finance Reporting & Budgeting team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective financial control, monitoring and reporting of the Company`s capital investments (CAPEX). The role includes overseeing capital investment budgets, preparing management reports, and supporting planning and forecasting activities related to capital investments. In addition to capital investment responsibilities, the successful candidate will actively participate in the department`s financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and other finance activities. Main Duties/Responsibilities: ** Monitor and control the Company`s capital investment budgets, expenditures, commitments and cash flows, ensuring alignment with approved business plans; ** Analyze project costs and reconcile them with accounting records to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information; ** Prepare periodic investment reports, dashboards and analytical presentations, providing financial insights to support management decision-making; ** Work closely with Procurement, Project Management, Accounting and other business units to maintain up-to-date investment budgets, incorporate changes into forecasts based on business requirements, and ensure accurate financial reporting throughout the investment lifecycle; ** Support the preparation of capital investment budgets, annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-term financial plans; ** Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes; ** Provide support across the Finance Reporting & Budgeting function as required. Main Requirements: ** Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; ** Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, financial reporting, budgeting or financial analysis; ** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ** Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; ** English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively and work in an English-speaking business environment; ** Good knowledge of IFRS; ** Experience working with ERP systems will be considered an advantage. ** Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ** High attention to detail and accuracy; ** Strong sense of responsibility and accountability; ** Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; ** Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
